I could’ve done without the 2 minute lecture about sports teams and how to behave and having to sign an additional piece of paper stating I understood those rules upon checkin, however. I was there with my daughter (14), who yes, is an athlete and we were there for a tournament, but zero of her teammates were there and we weren’t affiliated with any of the other teams in our hotel. I wasn’t even asked if we were there for a sporting event but I was still given a lecture. Also, we had to leave a day early because my daughter was ill (not a hotel problem & I wasn’t asking for a refund or even a partial refund), but they were super awkward when I turned in my keys. Maybe my expectations for service are simply too high in 2025 because they contain a desire for courtesy. Other than that, the hotel is very nice, centrally located, clean, rooms are laid out well, etc.

I believe this property was new. It was very clean, bright, and the rooms were organized well with plenty of outlets to charge devices. The bathrooms had big countertops and the showers had a shelf for your own toiletries.

King bed was comfortable. Could have used newer pillows. Overall would stay here again

2 couples to check in to go to a concert. One room is ready and the other is not due to gold member in room with late checkout at 4. We had rooms booked since November. Seems this could have been addressed. Also sat at bar with a girl doing inventory that acknowledged us but never said bar didn’t open until 5 until we asked. No signage to indicate hours.

Perfect rest.

We checked in pretty late, but the staff were so friendly. Everything was so clean!! The bed was comfy!!!

The service at this hotel was fantastic!
