Street Noise and Neighboring Room Noise easily heard. Repeated keycard issues; needed to frequently enter keycard into door lock before it would finally work, if it worked at all. Needed key replaced twice in only a 3-day stay. Toilet paper needed on arrival.

Unfortunately the smoke smell in the room was ridiculously strong. My fiancé and I could barely sleep in there. The door didn’t properly lock. Other guests were loud and we could hear all movement in other rooms. We felt so unsafe and uncomfortable here.

It smelled clean when I walked in the room, one stay TV didn’t work . Also it’s been five days & still haven’t received my deposit back .

It was kind of noisy from the 2nd floor

The TV didn’t work unless you sign in for your own subscription account of a streaming service, but the place did smell & look clean when entering. The updates were great. The staff was friendly & efficient.

Clean room, everything I needed. Toiletries were included with the room

Too much terrible. I won’t go again. Totally waste of money. AC doesn’t cool, only fan works. Bad smell of cigarette. No carpet at all. Totally dirty. The main door lock was problematic (not sure, I thought).

Room, floor and bathroom was not clean TV did not have reception or Wifi the entire stay
