Friendly staff, they were quick to make changes. Walls seem thicker than most hotels, could not hear people in the hallway!

Not a lot of parking when it comes to big events being in town. Rooms were dirty, had to ask to get the entire bed stripped and changed due to what looked like blood being on the bedding. Later discovered what looked to be like a good amount of blood on the floor by one of the beds. Beds were awful, very uncomfortable. There was absolutely no hand soap instead they had body wash and lotion next to the sink.. Booked two rooms, the second bathroom was so incredibly dirty, doesn't look like it was maintained at all. Rooms had peeling paint and the floors were absolutely disgusting. When I mentioned the possible blood on the floor the guy at the front desk just apologized but did NOT make accommodations or seem to be worried. If it was blood in the room that is a huge biohazard and should've brought a sense of urgency to get it cleaned up and restrict access to that room to guests!! I am glad we only stayed one night, I truly would've booked a different hotel had we been in town for two nights.

The front desk lady was extremely kind and accommodating. She was willing to offer any help she could.

Price was great. Room was clean but dated

Coffee was awful. Breakfast was limited and not so great.
