Really nice stay- very quiet and a well-appointed room. Great value for the price.

We were not happy with our stay. Here is why: 1) The toilet was not properly cemented down and clanked around. 2) The air conditioning system could use an explanation on the thermostat in the room. I had to call the front desk three times before someone finally came to help me out. It was 77* in my room. 3) I used the iron which spilled some water on the floor - in about a one foot square area- and a white washcloth was filthy after I dried it. Disgusting. 4) Same thing happened in the bathroom. In there I used the bath mat to dry the floor. I expected better from Hilton. I was very disappointed.

I love the concept - modern, clean, and minimalist. I am a fan of this type of hotel. Like all the hooks for bags and clothes. Breakfast was nothing special but the facility is nice and there were optional food items to purchase any time of day and beverages (water, tea, coffee) all the time.

Wi fi was difficult to connect with. The front desk clerk and 1 800 tech support were not helpful. We had to move rooms because a dog in the room below was left alone and cried and barked nonstop.
