Cleanliness and great staff

Bright and clean facility with modern decor. Easy on/off access to the highway. Complimentary breakfast was decent and room was comfortable. Parking lot easily accommodated our pick up truck.

Distance from downtown Milwaukee was a little far but we knew that beforehand, and we were fine with it. (We can't stay downtown because parking a pick up truck in a garage is virtually impossible.) Someone else might want to be closer to downtown so keep that in mind when you book. (But the distance wasn't a deal breaker for us.)

I enjoyed the breakfast they offered as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. I also enjoyed using the gym the hotel had. Overall, I liked that the employees were all friendly and welcoming.

I was a bit upset that the cleaning crew didn’t come in and clean the beds. They simply came in to pick the garbage and left. As someone that isn’t familiar with the area, I would get confused on which entrance to go in through to get to the hotel from the Main Street.

Friendly stuff, very clean facilities. Good location. Coffee and hot tea available nonstop . Cozy room .Warm and clean pool. Definitely will stay again. A+

This is our 2nd time staying. We are very happy with avid. Would be great if you had a waffle maker for breakfast.

I liked the comfortable beds and pillows, and finally a hotel room with no carpet!

Our room had some issues with bathroom cleanliness. However, the hotel staff switched our room immediately and gave sincere apologies. That said, the hotel appeared to be new and was very clean throughout all the other areas of the property.
