USUSThe hotel was amazing. But it didn’t come with any breakfast and unfortunately, I ended up picking the day that was the most busiest football day ever in the state of Alabama. So there were quite a few patriots and residence in the parking lot in front of the hotel drinking. The lobby had between seating for 10. But it was only five in the lobby and it sounded like 40. At the time I was checking in. And it looked like the front clerk was intimidated because of their behavior. Security would’ve been ideal.
USI loved everything about this facility. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Myself and my family enjoyed the stay and because we were not from the area we did not know where anything was and the staff gave us recommendations as well as directions.
There was no complimentary breakfast.
Check in was fast, facility was in excellent condition
