"Very Good"

The staff was very polite and helpful. Location was central.

The room was too small. And the bathroom was even tinier. The showerhead was above the pot, which was unpleasant. And the rooms are at the second floor of the building, quite odd.

Incorrect information was given on the facilities like kettle , work table , chair for the room and tariff I booked through booking.com .After checking in they said it is not available and I need to upgrade the room to avail table and chair.

This was my 4th or 5th time in the very same property, only during my last visit did I have a very bad experience to an extent that I was not going to visit the same one again. This time, the front desk lady (unfortunately couldn't get her name) the stay was comfortable. Please do convey my utmost wishes to the lady.

Nothing much property was the same people make the difference
