Treebo A1 Residency, Hingna T Point

The location was convenient. What we wanted. Some of the staff members were understanding and tried to help us. We had booked overall 10+ rooms as we were wedding party. But having to reach out for multiple things multiple times to get it done was tiring. But kudos to the staff for trying to understand our various queries and genuinely trying to help. Probably built for a short one day stay, not suitable for longer stays and definitely not suitable for wedding party / family staying.

The overall service, the rooms, constant need to ask for things, fact there was one towel in a dual occupancy room, gave us damp bedsheets when we asked for an extra bedding, we had to wait for long for them to sort our rooms, they took ages to sort any issues, even after calling front desk having to wait ages for bottle of water, getting things like dental kit, shaving kit and having to call multiple times was a bit disappointing.

They cancelled my booking

cery poor facilities, no phone in ther room , when asked to get one , it did not work ac was not wroking only one towel as there wfif details not given anywhere staff arrogant and not accounting for missing services
