It is overall good.

Despite having a confirmed booking, the hotel unexpectedly refused us entry and displayed unprofessional behavior. The staff went beyond inconvenience, attempting to extort more money from us and when situation escalated they forcibly snatched our phone. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I'm eager to share the details for others to be aware of such practices

Staff was friendly

1. No treebo sign so hard to locate 2. It looks treebo has outsourced to A1 hotel 3. No flexibility with time. I had requested for 2 hours extension given I had checked in 4 hours later but I was told to pay extra if extension was needed 4. Service is not professional 5. Entry and look is poor
