During the promised Bonfire one guy came and blasted local music spoing a fine relaxed night . Staff inspite of telling we would be leaving early . Did not bother to wake up . Even the lights were not there when we woke up. Despite calls no one picked up ,finally someone turned on the lights but no one bothered to help with luggage , we finally left by 6 am lugging our luggage up and down . Excellent property spoiled by bad staff .
INLocated conveniently very close to main road but still completely secluded in the midst of coffee estates. Also very hospitable and pleasant staff and exceptional service. The food was also great. They also arrange a bonfire at no extra cost.
INIt was pleasant stay for couple of days. Great hospitality. All the staffs were polite,helpful and caring. Especially Amudha, Rohit, Chaitara, Keerthana and Sneha. Overall nice experience. Highly recommended.

AUGreat location to access Mullayangiri Peak. Nicely landscaped garden with 8 cottages in a natural setting. Super clean and inviting pool. Lots of birds can be heard. Good food in their Restaurant. Restaurant staff were super nice and manager in restaurant was also very helpful.
Does not take international credit cards (but found many other places too were not geared for foreign tourists). Building works in progress was annoying but on requesting for some peace manager quickly took care of the noise. No buffet breakfast as we were the only guest for the 2 days we were there. But could place order for what we wanted Newer property so building business.
INThe hospitality was too good. The staff members are just one call away for your requests. I really loved the stay and ambience. They Don’t let you stress over anything they just keep everything ready for you within no time and don’t even feel bad for often asking requests
