INNot tried a break fast due to travel Tried lunch and dinner with good Food. taste is good and very hygiene value for money. Restaurant staff was very co operative and served good food. Recommended for re visit.

INLocation in the middle of coffee plantation
I chose that resort for its remote location expecting it to be quiet. In reality loud music was played until late at night. On top of that, some guests were talking as if it was day time next to my room. In addition, there was a construction going on next to my room. Workers started making noise around 05:30am. Although the resort opened only 1 year ago, it already looks poorly maintained and in bad condition.
INFood was pathetic. Room service was poor, the towels were wet, the pillow cover had hairs and no one turned up when asked for a fresh pillow cover. play area was blocked with some renovation work. poor management.

INOne of the best place to stay in Chikmagalur. All room were individual, u feel the privacy. Best place for Couples & families not for groups. Staff & service were excellent, food was soo good we had all three times in the Resort - Restaurant itself. Overall the 2 days stay was satisfied & happy. I would rate 9/10.
They did not refill the water bottles for the next day.
INThey were short staffed but people were nice
It was not at all value for money. I had a very bad experience with my family there. The cleanliness was poor. Bedsheets had marks on them. Service was very slow. Location was ok. Restaurant meal was very basic but highly priced. There were no staff available at reception for emergency at night. There were mosquitos in the room. We had to ask for towels and even basic things from our side. I wanted to give my parents a luxury experience that's why I booked it. But it was same as a simple hotel. Not at all worth the price paid
