"Good but dirty bathroom."

Booked a room for a night, the bed was comfortable, decent view and ambience. Had basic toiletries. Helpful staff.

The room had a lock issue, we could not lock the door from inside which is a safety concern. Bathroom was not clean, toilet was disgusting, buckets and mugs were not cleaned for ages. Room had broken furniture. The Tv set top box was not working but staff helped changed the box which did take a lot of time, remotes were not working.

AC IN THE ROOM WAS NOT WORKING, EVEN AFTER INFORMED TO DESK , NO ACTION WAS TAKEN, ABSOLUTLY IRRESPONCIBLE BEHAVIOUR

STAFF WAS AWARE OF NON WORKING OF AC IN THE ROOM, THEN ALSO ROOM WAS ALLOTED, TOTALLY BAD EXPERIANCE
