"Pleasant"

Stay was decent with a comfortable bed.

The shower gel was not replaced and smelling beyond bad as if someone added something that I cannot say without using an offensive word. Even though the staff was quick to replace the overall experience was traumatic. Also we asked for extra pillows which never arrived. Their breakfast has very limited options like 2 items to choose from so may not be suitable if you have kids.

"Not much comfortable. Communication/ response provided by Treebo group was not satisfactory."

No lift facility. Hotel mobile no. not provided. Treebo group mobile no. provided, but from them no much positive response & some times if we contact them, calls was found busy. Wash room steps are very high. Accomodation price rate too high. Not suitable for senior citizens.
