Restaurant was not functional hence they provided breakfast in the room.

Decent sized rooms, well maintained with good service.

The room size and level of comfort.

The view was grim overlooking a petrol bunk. Close to a bar and the unsavories. I paid for a luxurious breakfast to be included and was told it was not available. No refund either. The staff did a decent job of trying to substitute.The hotel also was not able to accept foreign credit cards though the excellent restaurant around the corner was able to do so. Big dent in the cash stash. The concierge was hamstrung by his lack of authority. He meant well but.... it wouldn't be a choice in the future

The brand-new Regenta Inn Bhavani Nellore is situated in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, retail centres, pharmacies, and a hospital. A quiet and secure place for families to stay. The baths and decor are beautifully constructed, and the rooms are fairly roomy. Both the front office manager, Ms. Dharani K, and the general manager, Mr. Krishna KV, were always very helpful. They both had caring attitudes and were generally excellent professionals. Wishing Regenta Inn and the entire staff a long and happy career in the hospitality industry.

Hospitality training to the staff was not upto the mark. Especially communication !

They are collecting GST without a GST number on the bill. They promised to send me GST number which they haven't till now
