USUSI liked the room, and the breakfast was fine
The floors and walls were so thin, and when we had to complain to management they didn’t resolve any issues about noise even after quiet hour. The pool was so cold, especially for it being winter, and the didn’t keep towels stocked. The breakfast also opened up later on the weekends which is crazy and didn’t even stay open the entire duration of the time that’s posted on the signs. The management also wasn’t very helpful the second day, they were allowing people to remove the luggage carts and leave them outside where they would freeze to the ground and it caused a lot of issues. And when I was very visibly struggling management was on their phone not acknowledging that I might have needed help, nor offered to assist with anything, or even inquire.
