Restaurant & complementary breakfast was good. Location is also well accessible.

Fixtures in toilet need to be checked & floor needs to be dry. Shower area needs separation from the rest of the bathroom to avoid slippery floor. These things need to be correctly checked & would ensure cleanliness.

Breakfast was good for the price what we paid but Menu can be more elaborated for Breakfast

We were fully satisfied Although Hotwater was not available at 4 AM

The location

I had booked a superior deluxe double room for a night, as that was the only option available that day. The sheets and pillow in one room was not up to the mark , ie clean. Also the television being played in the neighbouring room was clearly audible in our room, so much so that it disturbed us late in the night. Had to complain to the reception and it was toned down a bit. But for us after a long journey by road , we couldn’t sleep undisturbed! The price charged for this room was really on the higher side for a place like hassan .

Pretty good breakfast for the room by any standards... they did all they could to keep us happy and we loved it.. worth it...

Rooms very clean they assisted us though we checked in midnight .

Food ,restaurant ,behaviour of people in restaurant . they didn’t serve hot food though we insisted we have kid they served us open cold food . Restaurant people were arrogant when asked. Basic one dosa they can’t prepare if it’s in menu for the day in buffet breakfast . I seriously don’t recommend this hotel
