Breakfast was not great. Just ok

Restaurant food was horrible. I suggest to eat out. Ordered food from room service. Used plates were not taken away for an entire day.

Location is good, but note its a busy area; parking space; the room was fairly clean

1. the first room that was given didnt have the toilet flush working; so they shifted my family to another room 2. the toilet in the new room was stinking from drainage smell from the toilet pipeline 3. the bed had weaker section that made sleeping very uncomfortable 4. compliment breakfast (which I think is something that I paid for as part of package as nothing is actually free/ complimentary) was pathetic. everything served were cold, and the guy who was at serving table was not ready to get hot breakfast, asked me to eat insisting that they were hot, and it was not even warm. So I eventually stepped out of complimentary section, sat in the restaurant and paid for my breakfast

location is great, rooms were decent and clean

In Picture it was mentioned deluxe room has balcony. but our room didn't had balcony. Upon inquiring I was told only 2 rooms have balcont and remaining dont have

perfect location, very courteous and helpful staff and the restaurant food is really top class.

EXTRA BED WITHOUT COT

Location of the hotel is in middle of the town and easy to find. There are Max, reliance and other MRP stores in same lane. Ample parking space for cars behind the hotel. The staff was very polite and allowed us to see the room before confirming. The restaurant is pure veg and the food is very tasty especially South Indian. Check in process was smooth and hassles free Lift is very spacing No foul smell in corridor. The room is very spacious and well lit . Centralised AC Surprised to see a TV that actually works with many channels. Hot water was available throughput. The linen was clean. The window had mesh nets so I couldn't turn off the AC and keep windows open. No buildings blocks the view. On request staff attends very quickly. Checkout process was also very smooth and they provided hard copy of invoice on request
