Staff behaviour is good . Ratnakar receptionist he is very good manager and take care everything . We didn’t have feel I am not at home . I feel it home. Good job SWAGAT hotel . We are coming back . Keep it 👍

Overall staff behavior is good and helpful. Cleanness is ok. Having seperate balcony.

Tv was not working, no lift facility, no resturant facility avalible. Terrace also not accessable. Condition of furniture is little old fashion.

No windows in non ac room, stuffy room, no air ventilation, no place for cloth drying, no geyser facility, no restaurant facility

The manager is really professional, and makes sure the process right after the booking confirmation till check-in is smooth. He makes sure the stay is comfortable. He will be available on call in case of any help. Room is really spacious with basic amenities provided. Most importantly, both the washroom and room are really very neat and clean with absolutely stain-free and odour free linen.

Location of the hotel.

It's a old hotel. Cleaned room but There is no geyser in the bathrooms. Fan regulator was not working. Though staff behavior was good but no technicians provided to fix the problem. No intercom. Limited access and timing for restaurant. Only tea served at room from outside. Untrained staffs. They don't even know to knock the door before entering. I have complained in the reception about this serious problem but the receptionist took very casually. I'm Surprised.

Location is good to reach, beach is nearby, jagannath temple is also at stepping distance.
