Nice hotel

The rooms were amazing and the staff.

The rooms were spacious. Free breakfast. Late check out.

The room and bathroom were not cleaned thoroughly. Springhill is where I usually stay at and their hotel is completely clean from the moment you walk in, the elevators and rooms. We decided to give this hotel a try because I wasn't able to book a room that I wanted last minute, so we stayed here. To my surprise, the suite was really cool. Spacious and had everything you would want in a suite. The only issue I had was that it wasn't properly cleaned. That is a huge no no especially on a first time visit. Hope they discuss with the staff and they take more pride in how well they clean the hotel. At springhill, you can smell the freshness, the moment you walk in. I didn't get that when we walked in to this hotel.

Free breakfast and close to thw 580 & 680

Check in was quick and easy. No cost for parking which is nice considering the way hotels are gouging right now. The hotel is only a year old everything is brand new and well-kept. Unfortunately there were some things that were a drawbacks. But 10:00 at night the people above us were making a huge amount of noise so we tried to call the front desk who never answered after 5 minutes of letting the phone ring. We try it again using an outside line and still no one answered. When we went down to the front desk at another time it took 5 minutes of yelling for someone to come before the young kid came out from behind a closed door. It makes me concerned for the security of this property. The beds were not comfortable and we did not get a good night's sleep. The air conditioner was loud and couldn't keep a even temperature, but if you turned it off the room got hot and stuffy.It's sad that it takes $250 to get a decent room in the area and there are still drawbacks.

Stay was good. Heard walking above room. Power went out early in the night and was out about 3 hours
