Towneplace Suites By Marriott Geneva

The place was very clean. but the TV did not work. The staff spent time in the room to get the TV to work until I mention to her to put me in another room because I was tired. So she did after a half-hour working on the broken TV.

I did not like that she did not offer me a bottle water for wasting my time. Sometimes they offer something. I booked through third party. I am waiting on them to respond with what they are going to do about the situration.

The location worked out well for us. Being a suite it was nice having a large refrigerator and a couch in the room. The kitchenette was well stocked with glass ware and enough pans and utensils that if you wanted to make a small warm meal you could. Also the bathroom was as to large.

I believe there was a wedding group staying at the hotel at the same time. The hot water was unreliable. Everyone must have been getting ready for the wedding at once. The next morning we had no problem with the hot water. In fairness we have had this situation happen at other in hotels elsewhere l.

The room was modern and clean. We just stayed overnight but the kitchenette looked great for a longer stay.

.My husband had to check out several rooms before he found one that didn't smell of sweat! The staff member was accommodating. Our room was not only clean but no smell!

Everything was perfect! Very clean, awesome breakfast and very friendly staff.

Friendly staff Clean, comfortable room

We were traveling back to Indiana last minute for a vacation with a sick dog. Had to make a last-minute stop here they were able to accommodate the booking and keep us on the lower level near the door as requested. They also accommodated an early check in by 30 minutes. Wonderful staff!

All the amenities- Mikayla was very helpful during our stay. Everyone was friendly and represented Marriott well. So nice to have kitchenette-perfect for our needs. 😊

It was a further distance from our relatives but that wasn't your fault. Once we were here we felt very comfortable.

Great value for the price, super accommodating to pets, nice breakfast (familiar options but clean and hot). Definitely worth a stay.
