My family and I spent nine weeks at the Zola Hotel in Moreno Valley, and overall, it was a reasonable and affordable stay for us. The location was great, and for the price, it really fit our needs. The standout part was the staff—especially Shannon at the front desk—who was always personable, helpful, and kind. The hotel had some nice features and a decent layout and decor,

The interior was quite dated—carpet was peeling, and we did have some issues with roaches and gnats. Despite the downsides, we really appreciated the staff’s efforts, and we’re thankful for the stay.

It was a fair price and was close to where I needed to be in the morning

When I attempted to check in employees were out front smoking with a sign at the checkin desk stating they’d be back in 10. 3 employees smoking in front of the hotel where everyone could see and I waited in the lobby to check in, one could have easily came back and helped and they can rotate breaks. As well as in the room the carpet along the floor board was ripped
