The location

Needs to be a little more clean and ice on every floor, also be able to ask for new towels at anytime not only in the morning.we were in the hospital the while day and we got there at night , when ask front desk for fresh towels, we have the used ones, front desk told my husband that only give towels in the morning. When i went to get them in the morning the lady told me i need to give her the use ones, explained we gave the used ones as they were only 2 and we didn’t know that’s a thing. So she gave me 3 towels , nice and all. But why the front desk doesn’t have towels for night ? Really think they should have some just in case ase for guests who check in late or for work can be there in daytime.
