The food is expensive. Everything else is fine, but one boiled egg ordered for kid's dinner was Rs.399!
QA"Wonderful stay with exceptional staff! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to Anugraha from the restaurant team – she noticed our baby was refusing to eat and went out of her way to pack food for our little one. I truly appreciate that thoughtful gesture. The room was very scenic, offering beautiful views that made our stay even more special. Every team member we encountered, from housekeeping, restaurant staff and front office, was kind and helpful.
There are some significant downsides. The à la carte dinner menu is expensive, and since there are no nearby restaurants, no option other than to have food from your hotel.. A buffet option for dinner would make things much easier for guests. The rooms are only average in size, and given the overall experience, I feel the price is too high for what you get

The food was bad, really bad. There are no options to go and eat outside so we had to rely on the hotel food. Every meat dish we ordered was like rubber / hard. When we asked the staff, we were told the main Chef is on leave and it was a second in command who was cooking. If you dont have a regular and good Chef you should not just pass on sub standard meal especially when you are charging a high and full price. Kerala is the land of sea food and we were told all the meat (mutton, beef, fish) items were not tasty and nice because they were using frozen meat! We were driving around the area quite a bit and we could see that so many fresh fish outlets. Why would you serve frozen items in a place like Kerala where fresh meat and fish is so easily available. Breakfast spread was also below average. For the tariff you are charging, the meals can be much better. The Swimming Pool is just for name sake. Its so small, its a paddle pool. You cant call it a swimming pool!
