Sterling Athirappilly

My husband & I stayed at this property for 2 nights, the entire staff, (including all those who were behind the scenes)-- to mention a few whom we interacted with --at the reception Mr Shivam, Miss Jaisel, Mr Pradeep ,Mr Bikram Mr Pramod F & B Manager, Mr Ranjeet (Security) were all very warm, helpful & welcoming. They made our stay really memorable, the room that we stayed in, was very spacious & had a fantastic view of the river with a small balcony.

Service was super.and good hospitality Food rates have to be reduced. Have to think from management customer should revisit always. Not only for one time Then only long term business will generate

We reached the property around 6 PM, and the check-in process was very smooth. We were warmly welcomed with aarthi, along with a refreshing drink and a hot towel, which made for a pleasant start to our stay. The view from the property is beautiful, and the rooftop pool adds to the overall charm. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and all the amenities provided were satisfactory. The location is also a big plus — the famous Athirapally Waterfalls is just around 0.5 km from the property. Breakfast items were tasty, though the spread felt a bit limited compared to other similar properties we’ve stayed at before. We were also offered a complimentary late check-out, which was very convenient and much appreciated. A special mention to Anugraha from the staff, who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, Sterling Athirapally offers a relaxing stay with warm hospitality, great views, and close proximity to the waterfalls. Would definitely recommend it for a peaceful getaway.

I chose sterling athirapally after researching a lot of resorts. The stay was off-course cozy and luxurious . River view straight from the room and the jacuzzi was the best part. my kids loved the stay. The staffs were super friendly. Food was delicious and I could not find any complaint about the services. It was well spent stay.

Excellent staff at the restaurant. Manager Mr Prajod always available and made sure the dining experience was wonderful. Others at the restaurant including Anugraha plus others whose names I forget were always helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet. Tried the chicken biryani and found it less spicy and very flavorful compared to some highly recommended biryani at bengaluru which to my palate was very spicy/ too hot to enjoy. Location. Room amenities and property facilities. Proximity to local sight seeing.

1. Extremely rude staffs, specifically front desk people. They behave as if they are doing charity to the boarders. 2. No rule in pool. In my stay a big group came and littered all around with their home brought foods and none was there to stop them. 3. A bathtub in the middle of family room makes no sense, just wasteage of money and space. 4. All aupport staffs keeps asking for better review and mention thwir names in front desk for satiafactory services which makes in cringeworthy. A northindian male front desk officer is real pain to even talk to, rude and real irritating one to be in front desk of any hospitality industry. 5. Inhouse food is very expensive compare to. the portion size. All together, Sterling is running only on their previously earned goodwill. Better to stay some normal hotels and keep a car to travel around.

I visited here and had an amazing experience! The staff were friendly, the facilities were top-notch, and the location was serene.
