The staff does have a lot of attitude and doesn't treat well. We went into trouble, and after placing our argument, the managers asked me if my father had any problem in a sarcastic way and were laughing. I loved the property. However, the staff was 0/100. Please train them up to the mark and teach them how to treat the customers.

Room is really good as compared to other Ginger Properties.

Good, but should improve food quality. Coconut chutney not good. Upma was not good Chole bature superb, Pav bhaji also good

The Hotel is very nice & comfortable Food is Good but Buffet Breakfast needs lots of improvement. The Staff is very Good. They are very Polite espeally Ms Abhilipsa & Sachin Kumar.

Convenient location and very accommodating staff. Food was excellent as well with quick service

Beds were too soft. Gym did not have ac.
