Extremely friendly front desk staff, room cleanliness and size

Could hear housekeeper’s music in the morning (perhaps she could take her phone in rooms with her, other than leaving it playing loudly on her cart in the hallway), small elevator, dog’s droppings near front entrance outside

I was triple charged and no one at the front desk can confirm why. They literally know nothing, it's embarrassing for them. They made up false claims.

Der Zimmerservice war nicht gut, da das Bett überhaupt nicht gemacht wurde (s. Foto). Außerdem liegt das Hotel nahe an einer Eisenbahnstrecke, welche auch in der Nacht sehr laut befahren wird.
