Very nice room, everything was clean. The only downfall was the pool was closed and there was barely at the front desk

My place hotel is the best hotel in Grand Rapids…something that i really like about this place is the staff. The staff is great. They are really kind, polite and helpful especially Taylor, zayla and Leah. Great work keep it up
