The coffee needs serious attention. The one thing that I need before leaving in the morning is a decent cup of coffee. The coffee sucked! Such a shame to end such a pleasant stay with that memory. However I'm sure that the company could get it sorted.

Staff didn't come to clean room one despite calling daily in morning letting them know we need service. We needed towels and toiletries. They said staff said they serviced our room and then promised they would next day and never did and then promised next and never did. If it wasn't for this, is give 5 stars but this is unacceptable. The worst part of the entire staff actually wasn't the lack of housekeeping. It was the automatic light that comes on if you walk past bathroom or go into at night, that woke everyone.
