When I arrived, I had booked a hotel on Booking.com this one, it was $120 less than when I approach the counter and instead of a king bed with a sofa pull out I was given a king with nothing they said third parties, and I know this, I work in the hospitality industry – you cannot change your reservation dates. You cannot change the room type with the property, but you downgraded me and refused to give me the difference from a king sofa bed to a standard. Your staff was nasty except for the housekeepers and I will never stay there again or at a Marriott property you blew it. I’m a multimillionaire and I’ll never stay with Marriott again insulting snotty snide you should reign that property in.

We asked for maintenance to come the first night due to what seemed like the HVAC banging They never showed up

Gym although limited was ok

The plastic breakfast plates and cutlery were extremely disappointing, the breakfast was ok but rather limited. The room was ok but the bed side lamps were way too bright, the main room area needed some sound dampening

We unfortunately booked the room thru Expedia. As Expedia is a 3rd party, those that booked directly thru Marriott/Fairfield had preference over our booking. When we arrived, we were unpleasantly surprised not to have a room. The hotel staff initially took very little to no responsibility of the situation and recommended we go thru Expedia to find an alternate stay. Fortunately for us, my wife and the hotel associate were able to find an alternate place for us to stay. I will not book thru Expedia or a 3rd party again.

bed was too soft/old... breakfast was not good at all. stale bagels, eggs were runny not cooked well... would have expected more and better for the price.
