Terrific property having been built just over one yr ago. Two other hotels going up near it so if you require daytime sleep keep this in mind.

I was double charged for my room and brought this to the staff’s attention the same day. I was assured it would be resolved, but the charge has not been removed. Since then, I’ve followed up by phone twice and was told the manager would reach out. It’s now been over nine days, and I still haven’t received any response. I’ve been patient throughout this process, but the lack of follow-through is disappointing. The only positive note I can offer is that the room was clean
