The room had filthy sheets, the sink in the kitchenette area had collapsed and there was standing water on the floor. The room smelled like mold. I went to the front desk after briefly looking at the room and there was a line of dissatisfied customers waiting for service. I just asked to cancel my reservation and wanted a refund. They cancelled my reservation but said I would need to request a refund from Hotels.com. I have tried to request a refund, but it’s hard to figure out how to request it on the app. Customer service from Hotels.com is awful.

Dirty room. I was too tired to complain they didn't even have towels in the room, I has to ask for them. They woke us up at 10 a.m. even though we checked in late that night. Won't be staying there ever again. I spent over $100, this should not be a Choice hotel.

The room was smelling like it was not refreshing… the sink actually had a used soap on a dirty soap dish and a new soap next to it, shower curtain was filthy… some one had colored their hair black with dye on shower curtain…the bathroom door would not shut… the actual room curtains were torn, worn and very dirty… refrigerator had food in freezer and bag of potatoes on shelf..it felt like some one lives there and we were occupying the room. No phone to call up front; my husband walked up there twice to get coffee and cups and just one person was there and very busy with others…the ac was so noisy couldn’t sleep…pillows were torn stuffing out and BLOOD on one of the pillows…CHOICE NAME WAS TARNISHED AND MAKES EXPEDIA QUESTIONABLE!!!

Checked in a later time. No time to change rooms. Room was filthy. Sheets WERE dirty. Had to clean off desk(sticky), sink/ vanity. Desk chair was filthy. Toilet/ shower was dirty. Paint is peeling above the toilet. No shower drain stop. Staff was dishonest about saying they were fully booked when there were only two other vehicles parked. They said they would send someone over o clean. They DIDN'T. I was charged $288.15 for 1 star accommodations. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great little close stay from casino

Worst hotel experience ever. Key did not work for our room after multiple attempts to activate the key card. Master key did not work either, then they took the cover off of the lock to use an actual physical key, that didn’t work either!! When I asked to get a new room, the kid lied and said they didn’t have any rooms, went to call the manager and then suddenly there were 2 available rooms, the first one they tried to put us in was dirty!! Then finally got a room that was all beat up and not so clean either. I never leave reviews, good or bad, but this one really did deserve the bad review for sure😒

This was a huge mistake. Starting off- there was no working TV or working USB ports for charging. After looking around the room at 1 am when I returned from a concert, the toilet had sprayed urine all over the back and the floor had not been swept- dead bugs in the floor.The next morning when I talked to the front desk the young lady was very rude. Said she would pass along information to the manager- but refused to give a name when I asked. When I asked her name - she would only give me a last name of Patel-nothing else. When I asked if she had the authority to do anything about the situation she replied - no. There are to many other places to stay in Gainesville- never again
