"The perfect place to stay when I’m in Orlando."

The check-in desk staff was friendly and efficient. The entire property is beautiful-manicured to perfection. We had a large spacious immaculate room. The room was perfect; it was even cleaned while we went to breakfast. I can’t say enough about this place.

We have eaten breakfast each of our stays at Emma’s patisserie, which is excellent.

We have stayed at the property three times this year and each time we’ve checked in the process has been very clunky and long. Improvement could be done in the check-in process.

Everything is perfect except the breakfast. There is no breakfast. There is always a good breakfast at good hotels in Sweden where we are from.
