Better specimen of the chains hotels

This hotel needs a good cleaning. After checking in we found a badly stained bathtub and a sink full of gnats/flies. We decided not to stay and they did refund our money. Moved to the Holiday Inn Express next door which was very clean and nice.

It's a nice hotel close to Skyland Drive.

Our stay was an over night stay. This is our 2nd time. This time was much better. Much better on the cleanliness, on the low end the mattress was worn, the drainage to the shower was super slow.

Housekeeping service performed the bare minimum, our bed was never made. Trash was not removed from our room. The sink and shower would not drain properly and it leave a disgusting smell. Not to mention the bugs we saw every night.

The front desk staff were exceptional!

Good place to stay, friendly staff, good breakfast other than the coffee being too weak. I would recommend this place.

Window in room faced walkway and no way to close curtains. So not much in the privacy department

Not abad facility. No restaurant as advertised

From the front desk to all the employees nothing but friendless. This is the only Days Inn I stayed at and the rooms were clean. 10 out of 10
