Location is too remote and still under construction
ZARooms were amazing! So spacious. Staff were so helpful , respectful and friendly. Alqays smiling staff. The breakfast was good. Food was so tasty. Overall the vibe and hotel checked every box!
There was just a weird drain smell by the elevator side and the toilets on the L floor could use some upgrading.
INININOverall food quality was good and rooms are very comfortable and spacious.
The housekeeping staff failed to fill up the shower gels and drininking water on both days even though they cleaned the room quite well.

The service was not to the high standard we expect from hotel such as the Regenta. Most facilities were closed due to work or renovation. Stated it was available to residents when booking.
