When we checked-in, VITS Select Grand Inn hotel gave us lowest catagory (premium) rooms which were very congested.The staff informed that they are premium rooms.We questioned receptionist about it as we had booked Executive rooms. She said their premium rooms are given for executive rooms booked through Booking.com. We told them to cancel the booking as they were not giving rooms which we had booked. She asked us to wait and went to consult her manager.Then she came back and allotted us the Executive rooms. The place had stench of fish . The printed rate of executive room was Rs.2,800/- per day+ GST and for premium room rate was Rs.2,200/- per day+ GST whereas Booking.com had offered us so called discounted rate of Rs.3,467.74 for executive room.
Bodde i Ratnagiri som ett stopp i att resa vidare till Goa. Bodde i ett mycket stort fint rum, åt god middag i hotellets restaurang som även hade en bar. Vi hade tänkt åka till tågstationen för att fixa biljetter, men istället bokade hotellchefen biljetter åt oss och tryckte ut dem på papper. All personal vi träffade var mycket vänliga.
