The hotel had a different name then on the booking. When I showed my confirmed booking, they told me that they only accept Indian guests. Luckily I good stay, but didn't feel comfortable at all. The airco was on 18 degrees and they couldn't switch it off. The accommodation is located at a busy road and for sure they are not used to tourist.

Office staff is very irresponsible and room is dirty also...there is foam in bucket in bathroom thats very uncomfortable...there is no towel and soap provided in bathroom and also customer care is irresponsive of my demands for atleast towel and soap....there are dirty bedsheets also....weird and ridiculous experience....i would have been rated 0 but theres no option for that....not recommended at all
