Mosquitos, cockroaches, bed lices...all attacks together....

Nothing much. But the breakfast was ok

Very badly maintained rooms. Out dated Bathroom. There is a real danger of people slipping and falling when they got out of the bathroom. It is at a height and there’ll step is very slippery. I was praying to God every time I stepped out of the bathroom that I should not slip. All the furniture was very old and dirty.

Ambience of Restaurant is good.

Lots of cockroaches, mosquitoes, TV not working, telephone not working and continuous maintenance work disturbances. Same was informed to the reception, but no action taken till checkout. Not at all value for money…

Nothing ...from check in till check out the staff was arrogant and careless. We did book an executive delux room while the staff during check in gives standard room and says this is best. When we demanded for what we booked he tries to convince. Completely unprofessional behaviour of staff at reception. Your booking states it's delux still such bad experience.

Everything from check in, bathroom facilities, assistance from staff and behaviour was worst. We will never recommend company to book this again for any guests.
