The location

Everything was nice

Room was double booked during an event day even though I had booked months in advance. Was never notified of the issue. Had to email and call the property to find information while trying to find alternate accommodations on a very busy day.

We love the neighborhood. Residential with cool restaurants and cafes.

Parking instructions were not clear.

The staff was terrific - communicated via text - when we arrived, we we asked to be relocated to a different room - it was no problem, and we were quickly accommodated - second room was fantastic - lots of light. Rooms were decorated comfortably (first was coastal/bohemian, and second was mid-century modern) - really enjoyed our stay in Nashville. Thank you Reunion!

Easy online check in. Ice cold A/C. Nice bar downstairs.

N/A. When we first arrived, we thought it was a bit far out from downtown. However, in all reality, it was a very short uber drive

We were unable to stay because when we entered our room, we realized that it had never been cleaned from the prior guest. We did receive a refund.

Fun little hotel with a cool bar and plenty of places to hang out. I like how you had to use the key pad to get to the rooms. Also love the contactless check in and out. Great sexy atmosphere too. The DJ was great that night.

The bed said it was King but felt like a queen. Otherwise it was perfect!

Great space. Great location. Great bar. Great atmosphere. We had a great time exploring East Nashville. We walked everywhere we went. We did a staycation, and it felt like we were in a different city. Everyone in East Nashville was SOOOO NICE! As we walked...people ACTUALLy spoke and waved! Overall...Awesome experience!!!

No microwave didn't make sense. No iron or ironing board didn't make sense. Not sure how they pay attention to detail. There was tape on the wall of the mater bedroom, and the toilet paper holder was broken.
