The place was clean and front desk staff was pleasant.

The room I had booked did not reflect what I had received. I booked a triple comfort room with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 full bed in rooms separated by walls so there would be a bit of privacy but instead received a room that was open floor plan with 3 beds in 1 room. I had even called to verify what the room looked like. The pictures of the room online did not match the room I received as well.

Rooms were big

They apparently double booked our 3 bed room and we had to get 2 separate rooms. And now they charged me for the room I didn't get and the rooms I got. So the trying to get a refund started complete pain in the a from the start

Great location in regards to the hockey rink. Wonderful, friendly people who were extremely helpful with dinner and activities recommendations. Loved the 2 bedroom suite that we stayed in. So much space, renovated and clean!

Bathroom dirty- cleaning team must have sprayed cleaner but didn’t clean or wipe it up from shower, hair on floor, beetles (Japanese) in window sills and crawling on ceiling. Not handicap accessible. No elevator; parking lot and sidewalks not plowed.
