Expensive, should have gym, pool is only 4.4 ft less variety in buffet.

There was a foul smell in the lobby and also the rooms. Very strong smell of oil or polish was there. It could have been covered by a room freshner but they didn't use it. Pathetic food with low service quality. There were frequent power cuts. Poor Wifi connectivity.

Atmosphere of igatpuri,rain and calmness .

hotel is good.in sense of stay.and facilities like bathroom and pool .there's No safe parking for vehicle open plot with zero safety there were no cameras near parking plot.it was like a dump yard. regenta kitchen pinxx is well designed.but not all the food were available.hardly i get what i wanted to eat .not that good food quality. not that peaceful stay .

Food pricing could be improved

Hotel was Clean, Staff Well mannered and helpful, location is ok ok

Breakfast was not good and didn’t have place to sit, they allowed walking crowd for breakfast because of which guest didn’t got proper breakfast. Didn’t got value for money. Food unnecessarily too costly as it was very food. Even the game section was not well organised.
