Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was quite slow check in and the sheets on the bed had pilled.

New hotel with amazing staff, specially Amy who was very helpful with any requests I had. By far one of the best Hotels in the area, and I stayed in 3 different ones over the years for my sons Hockey camp at Shattuck.

Solid rooms that are built for peace and quiet

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and quiet- we were able to have uninterrupted sleep throughout the night. I will definitely stay there again.

We (myself, four kids, and our dog) stayed here while driving to Canada and loved it so much we booked it for our return trip as well. Both times we were so relieved to be there. It is SO clean, the staff is great, the rooms are so spacious and comfortable and clean. Even the pull out bed was clean and they’re usually something I completely avoid. I usually feel a little grossed out by hotels but I’d stay in this one any day. Love too that the property is clean and feels safe bc it’s in a residential area. It’s walkable to chipotle and a quick drive to gas stations etc. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Towels in pool area were not kept filled and it was very hot and humid in the pool area

Cindy at the front desk was great! She helped us set up our pack and play, gave us advice about things to do and was very kind! The housekeepers were very young and didn’t speak any English. Our room was not ready until after 4:00 and it smelled like the person before us had not showered in weeks. That smell permeated the room and especially the bed. The hotel is only a year old so overall it smelled new but our room was another story. The carpet was not vacuumed and someone else’s hair was everywhere in the carpet and bathroom floor. The coffee in our room was not stocked either. The housekeepers may need some more training. The pool was also disgusting for a brand new hotel. There is a black dirt ring around the pool, the water was full of floaties (clumps of hair and various other nastiness). The water also smelled awful. Overall, the place had potential but the housekeeping needs an overhaul. The breakfast was tasty though! Lots to eat!

We want to highlight one of your housekeepers who did a great job. It was Katherine who was so very kind, caring and helpful when my wife requested services. We tried to find her later to give her a tip, but I guess she was off duty, and then we had to depart. She truly exemplified what great customer service looks like. In addition, the property was great in every way.
