"This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had -filthy conditions and bug-infested bedding"

Hotel smelled of marijuana and stale cigarettes, pool area was gross and looked like it had been neglected for a long period of time. Worst part of the stay was the room. Floors were covered in dead bugs and unknown spills/messes from previous people. Even though the beds were made neatly, there was a significant amount of debris in between the sheets, almost like small bugs and/or bug poop, along with a dead bedbug. My daughter and I both woke up the next morning with bug bites (not mosquito) on our legs. This was by far the worst experience I've had staying at a hotel. The pictures and description of the property did not at all reflect that way when I arrived there.

Its right next to Cracker Barrel. That is nice , since the hotel does not have breakfast. The rest of the property could definitely use some TLC inside and outside. The staff was ok. Hard to find someone if you needed anything or just to ask a question. But overall the staff was friendly.

We got into our room and the windows were open, we tried to shut them and had no luck, we went to the front desk and the young man tried but ended up putting tape over one he couldn’t shut. The floor needed sweeping, so he brought a vacuum up and my boyfriend quick vacuumed the floor.

No soap, shampoo, etc. when I called front desk they told me housekeeping would be in at 8 in the morning to take care of it. We were only staying overnight and would be leaving before then. She just said she was sorry but she couldn’t help.
