Residence Inn by Marriott Kenwood Cincinnati

I went to Cincinnati with my husband and 3 kids and our stay was great! Very clean and quiet and hotel was close to everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious.

This was my third stay in the since the fall of 2024 and I have been very pleased with the location. Staff has been friendly and has been very comfortable.

The facility and rooms are okay but there was nothing special about the place. Staff was not overly friendly and did not offer assistance until you literally had to say excuse me to get their attention but they were not rude when they were helping. The parking situation is a bit confusing you have to park elsewhere at night for a cost but during the day is free in the lot. Still don’t fully understand this. The room itself was clean but sheets didn’t fit the pullout couch. And the space is a bit cramped. Breakfast was pretty much nonexistent at 9am on Sunday. If this is important to you just go elsewhere, unless they are going to staff it to keep it stocked. It looks like they normally have scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereal, muffins, and a waffle machine. There also was no one emptying the trash or cleaning the dining area so it was a bit gross. There were clean towels in the pool area late Saturday night which is usually an issue at other hotels, so this was a positive.

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I would absolutely recommend ⭐️

.Parking is very inconvenient . The kitchen Microwave and refrigerator Handles were dirty and greasy.

Evening Checkin/Reception staff person Takesha (sp? sorry) was outstanding! She was very efficient, professional and advised me about my Bonvoy points/ benefits! She also gave me a parking permit to allow me to park near the entrance for my safety as I was alone

Beautiful new. Hotel with no parking. This is not disclosed when booking it says parking available until you drill down. Parking is a long walk in an adjacent garage for a fee. This seems to be a complaint of many and the staff was very aggressive when questioned about it. Manager also called when I left a negative review to educate me further about the parking. Even charged me for then credited it off. It’s Cincinnati you should not have to pay to park in an unaffiliated lot to the hotel. There are other options. Wouldn’t have been bad but the staff attitude regarding is aggressive as many others have said as well
