The hotel is not up to the mark and its not clean. The linen was too bad and full of stains. The bath towels were old and turned black. The exhaust fan came down while switching on and the Geysar was not functioning. Even though we asked for the change of property they didn't reply and we canceled the room within one day since we reached late night. The hotel didnt even approve the cancelation. it is not user friendly.

The facilities described on the site is completely lacking on the ground. Had to bargain at reception, no courtesy after a long travel. Stinking bed sheets. Flush not working, no drinking water, had to climb stairs with luggage on 4th floor. Pleaded for an iron box in the two mornings of stay, no response from the staff
