Motel 6 Chickasha, OK

The first room they put me in smelled of heavy smoke and perfume and was around the back. Went to front desk got another room, around back again and it had a puddle of water in the bathroom. I had seen enough, went to front to request refund and said he could'nt do it. I left, I was not going to stay there, who knows what goes on after dark.

Decent place comparable low price

Run!!!! Awful room. Everything falling apart. Cigarette burns in the bedding. I stay in many hotels and the was by far the worst ever!!!!

Old, dirty, good heater and staff was nice

If you could rate with negative stars this would be a -5 star. do not stay at this hotel. I booked it for two nights, and upon arrival, I was informed that none of the outside rooms have double beds. So if you have two people and need a double bed, you’ll be on the inside with nowhere to park. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed it smelled like dog feces. Upon inspection, I found dog poop all over, dead crickets, what looked like blood in the bathtub, and hairs strung out all over the bathroom. This was by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. Not to mention the 15 crackheads outside, partying all night, being loud, and letting their dogs bark and scream till three in the morning. I went back to the office as soon as I opened the door to the room and asked for a refund, stating that I would not be staying there and was disgusted by the facilities. I was informed that I would not get a refund but could switch rooms. Why would I want to switch rooms into another dog feces-filled room? I then contacted Hotels.com to try to get a refund. They spoke to the property on my behalf and were given the same message: I was offered a different room, so no refund would be warranted. Trust me, spend the extra money trust me. I would never, ever wish this place on my worst enemy. Disgusting is an understatement, and customer service? Forget about it.

Very nice staff

There were roaches in the bathroom after we showered they came out. My wife stepped on 6 different stickers on the floor. The floor was not vacuumed there was dog hair on the comforter and sheets the refrigerator was nasty.

Staff was friendly and very accomodating. This facility has been recently renovated and looks nice.

The carpet wasn’t the best, crickets kept getting into our room through the door.

Room was not properly cleaned. Very large cracks around door. New paint and bed spread does not make room clean.
