We were able to book at the last minute. They were friendly and helpful.

What a very well-kept property. The lady at the front desk was so very kind. Our rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. I really loved the extra care of the towels. The bathroom had a small makeup towel which we had never seen before. The towels were folded and presented with care on the towel racks. The bath area was very clean. The room was on second floor with a view toward the town of Sister Bay and the bay area. Walking was easy to get to the restaurants and the shops. The rooms were at night were very peaceful. Did not hear any outside noises. We felt very safe parking our vehicle behind the building. I would highly suggest this property. We even met a very nice couple from Iowa that have always stayed here. The only thing is there is no breakfast in the morning, but they have a very nice coffee machine and a small refrigerator to use. You can get some cherry donuts a day ahead and enjoy them with a cup of coffee on the nice deck with comfortable chairs right outside your door.

Beautiful place and very clean

it's has a roadside motel feel that is in the beginning stages of long overdue modernization. the reason to stay here is the location. the employees were great.

Downtown Inn is right in the middle of everything you'd like to do in Sister Bay - restaurants, the bay, tourist attractions, and an easy drive to Peninsula State Park, a premier birding destination on Door County. Clean, spacious and convenient with a very helpful staff.

Good communication with staff. Nice and simple experience.

Cozy room right in town perfect place to stay

I just returned from two nights at the Village View. I had an amazing stay. Super friendly staff. GREAT location; I parked my car and left it there for 2 days, walking or biking everywhere. Slept like a rock. A great vacation. Thanks, Village View!
