The location was very easy to find and conveniently located across the street from a food truck and gas station.

The employee that checked us in was fine, but when we asked if there was somewhere on property we could smoke, he said there was not and we would have to go across the street (which is a highway) - we asked if we could just step out by the dumpster, the answer was no. The room was fine enough at a quick glance, but very oddly set up with only half a mirror at the sink (lower half) and another mirror behind the fridge (but you could see your head in that one). There is only 1 room light, which is very bright and above the sink on the far end of the room (no other lamps, etc), and the switch for it is at the entry door. The sink area and bathroom were not especially clean, dead spider on the very thin and rough towels - I chose to wait until I got home the next day to shower.

There were big roaches and roaches eggs in the restroom. Then the guy next door tried to break in my room while my wife was in there by herself. Never staying here again. I rather stay in Kermit and drive 20min.

I had to go get my own towels all the time
