Breakfast..😕 Desk staff did very well and was happy to see the staff be so proactive on the snow and ice management. Whole place, the great room, halls stairway & rooms clean, and not abused looking. Bathroom was bright and clean We will check with this place first next year for sure.

#1 Parking #2 breakfast options were limited. We generally got down between 8-9 & was limited on hot item options from not being refilled im sure trying not to waste food though. #3 interstate sounds coming through window would be another. Will request room on other side of the hall but not a big deal breaker. #4 the shower door would roll right open immediately after trying to close it so we had to maneuver a hand towel to keep it from opening.

The cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. Hot water for showers. The room temperature upon arrival was 42 degrees. Called the front desk and Kevin came up to check. Offered to move us or he was going to get it looked at. He then returned to check the thermostat which we discovered was in the wall/window unit. We stayed in the room and waited for it to warm up. We sleep comfortably and had dinner delivered. Very pleasant after the room heated up which did take a long time.

The amount of time it took to heat up the room. The breakfast food is terrible. I’ve definitely had better at other Hotel Suites by Hilton. We threw the food we chose away.

The room and bathroom was very clean. Dis not expecting the full size refrigerator.

Love the curtain to divide the room was b Not expecting that. Love that the fruit was wrapped in the plastic

The only concern was a lot of traffic noise all night
