Very welcoming and in a great location

Check in was quick, easy and pleasant

The room was nice and spacious

An employee who was unhelpful and condescending. My room was not prepared at 4:15 (check in was 3:00). We traveled several hours to a wedding and had to arrive at the reception with little time to prep, change, and drive to the next venue. The hotel cleck asked, "What should I do?" and was apathetic. The next day she called about a cork screw that was requested and told I would be charged. I called back and stated it was left in the room (???!?)

Everything was clean and breakfast was good!

Parking is limited.

The 1st night was peaceful but the 2nd night the couple in the room next to me were fighting. I went to the front desk to complain and nothing happened. About 15 minutes later the fighting continued. I called the front desk and the clerk came upstairs. He knocked on 1 door and the person stated it was the room next door. Of course the people fighting heard the clerk talking to the other room so when he knocked on their door they said everything was okay. Worthless, security should have came upstairs and listened and then confronted the occupants. No use complaining when nothing is done. In hi dsight I should have called 911 and let the police handle it.

Very clean , staff friendly. My friend and I stayed a few nights as a girls getaway from kids etc. we asked for a room away from kids/ noise if possible as we wanted to rest. The first morning maintenance was pounding on our neighbors door around 740 am then our door 830 ish. Apparently there was a leak from one of our sinks going into room below. Then the second am around 7 am you could hear people running or stomping on the floors above us for over an hour.

There was plenty of room. The young man who checked us in was helpful. Breakfast was good.

Not clean! When we entered the room, I noticed right away that the pillowcases were very wrinkly. I commented to my husband that we might want new ones, but he said that some dryers may make the case look like that. Nope! I woke up in the middle of the night because of the smell of the pillows. Don’t think the cases were clean, it was a BO and stale pizza smell. I had to throw it on the floor to get away from the smell. Luckily, I had brought my own pillow along. Also, there was mold/fungus in the shower, one of the washcloths had lipstick on it, and there were crumbs and wads of hair beside/beneath the headboards. The toilet paper holder was broken as well. In addition, our room faced the highway, and the noise from the interstate kept my son up most of the night. I went to the front desk in the morning to discuss the issues, but the employee on duty was arguing with another guest. From what I could gather, the issue was a mistake on the part of the employee, but she was dismissive and rude. I went back to the desk after breakfast to raise my issue with a different employee on duty, and she was arguing with a different guest! Two of the three employees on duty since I’d been to breakfast argued with two guests! Not a good track record. I didn’t feel like arguing, or having someone be rude to me, so I was happy to leave without airing my disappointment. I hope this review helps others to decide whether they would like to stay here. For the price, it should have been a much better experience!
