The property was not at all as it was presented in photos. It was run down and disgusting. I checked into my room and it smelled so strongly of urine. The bed skirt and floor was so dirty. I was on this trip alone with my child. There were strange men outside constantly, one which had his pants falling down and was exposed. There was maybe two other people in this hotel and no cars. I felt completely unsafe and chose to leave. When i spoke to the manager the next day she told me the man with his pants down was the maintenance man and she didn’t smell urine in my room. Basically insinuating that i was lying. I have never checked out of a hotel in my life and i am 40 and travel often. They are refusing to give a refund and argued endlessly and made excuses saying that none of my comments were true. I do not recommend this place. It is bottom of the barrel disgusting and management is awful.

Very comfortable and clean

I was a little cautious due to previous reviews but I’m glad we booked this place! Clean rooms and friendly staff! Not everything was perfect but I don’t expect perfection. I just want a clean room and nice people and we got that!

Seems recently renovated. Yet many things still required attention or poorly made. Breakfast extremely limited. I didn't like the fact that apon leaving this property I didn't get receipt because maid was not even at the property to check the room we stayed in.

It was very clean but late night the noise around the outside was terrible.. And loud..

easy check in and comfortable after a football game

The main problem with this property is the speed in which the outter doors close. You have to swipe your card to get in the building and the doors automatically open and close. I was traveling with my 89 year old mother and the doors closed on her and they don't bounce back they just kept closing. I tried to hold them open but that was a struggle. It was also hard to bring in your luggage it just kept closing and smashing your bags. The staff quickly assisted my mother and was very apologetic. If it weren't for those darn doors I would give them the highest marks.

The breakfast was good. Good options, but nothing was over the top. For a hotel going through renovations things were pretty good.
